LAKELAND, Fla. — A Florida man was arrested Monday after authorities found nearly 100,000 Levitra pills in his luggage.

Michael J. O’Connor, 48, of Gainesville, was arrested at a Florida convenience store after authorities said he had been taking a prescription for the drug and had taken it on his own.

“He took the pills, he took it and then he took it off,” said local authorities in Orlando.

He was released and then arrested at his home in Lakeland, Fla. O’Connor was charged with four counts of first-degree theft, one count of second-degree theft and one count of third-degree theft. He was released on $250,000 bond.

O’Connor faces a hearing on Tuesday and is scheduled to appear in court in Orlando on Oct. 23.

“I’m very fortunate to be able to have this opportunity to talk with this individual,” O’Connor said.

The Orlando arrest comes after authorities in New York began investigating reports of a possible overdose of the drug. O’Connor was charged with one count of first-degree theft, one count of second-degree theft and one count of third-degree theft.

The U. S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York has investigated the deaths of men who took the pills and O’Connor was arrested at his home in Florida on Wednesday.

“The U. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is entrusted with regulating a wide range of pharmaceutical products, from prescription drugs to the illicit trade in controlled substances,” Assistant U. Attorney David F. Israel said in a news release.

In an interview with The Associated Press, O’Connor denied any knowledge of the deaths and said the pills he bought were for his personal use, including for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

“The pills we bought were for a couple of men and I thought they would have sex and then we’d have a very intimate moment,” he said.

O’Connor’s lawyer, Michael Schapiro, said the pills he purchased from him are only for his personal use.

“I am not aware of the deaths we were going to have this investigation going on,” Schapiro said. “It is very, very disturbing.”

O’Connor faces a hearing on Tuesday.

Levitra’s Effectiveness in Treating Erectile Dysfunction
Levitra was discovered by Pfizer in 1965 and was approved by the FDA in 1967. In 1998, Levitra was approved by the FDA for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. In 2003, Pfizer received approval from the FDA for the same treatment uses as Levitra, primarily treating pulmonary arterial hypertension in adults. In addition to treating erectile dysfunction, Levitra has shown potential benefits in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) by relaxing the prostate and bladder muscles, which can improve urinary flow and relieve symptoms of BPH. BPH is a condition that occurs when the prostate gland is enlarged and the prostate needle is placed in the bladder. This prostate gland does not always respond to treatment, and BPH can progress to need a urinary catheter, which can be dangerous. As a result, men with BPH need to use spaying and eating medications like Levitra to treat their condition. In addition to treating erectile dysfunction, Levitra has demonstrated efficacy in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension in adults, where it improves flow and symptoms of the high blood pressure in the vessels that supply the lungs.

Levitra contains the active ingredient tadalafil. This medication belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Tadalafil is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men. Tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis, helping to improve erections when sexual stimulation occurs. Unlike Levitra, which causes indigestion medications, Levitra does not cause spontaneous erections. Unlike Levitra, which can cause physical symptoms, Levitra does not cause spontaneous erections. Physical causes of erectile dysfunction include age, heart disease, high blood pressure, atherosclerosis (condition in which blood vessels become clogged with blood), and certain medications.

Understanding Levitra: Basics, Benefits, and Side Effects

Levitra, a well-known medication for erectile dysfunction (ED), is a popular and widely used treatment for ED. This increased blood flow leads to the relaxation of blood vessels in the penis, allowing for greater blood flow, resulting in a firmer and more effective erection. This relaxation is crucial for achieving and maintaining an erection during sexual activity. It's important to note that while Levitra can be effective, it can also come with potential side effects, such as dizziness and headaches. It is important to consult a healthcare provider before starting any new medication, including Levitra, to ensure it is safe and appropriate for your health condition.

Understanding Levitra: What It Is Used for

Levitra, a well-known medication for erectile dysfunction (ED), is primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). By inhibiting PDE5, Levitra helps to relax blood vessels and widen them, allowing for increased blood flow. This action helps to improve blood flow to the penis and enhance sexual performance.
